Terms and Conditions

Policy

We handle all setups an hour prior to the paid operating start time. If we are setting up during your event, we please ask all guests to give us space to set up.

Require a clear pathway. Please and Thank You.

If located above ground level, we must have ramp or elevator access. If we arrive and there is not easy access event will be forfeited, unless volunteers are willing to help and lift heavy equipment.

If the event is outdoors, we need access to outlets, if not we can provide A generator at an extra cost. $100


Booking:

$200 Non-Refundable Deposit Is Due at the time of booking. This secures your date & time slot. The remainder balance must be paid the Friday before your booking date, though you are more than welcome to make payments sooner.

To ensure you are placed on our schedule deposit is required.

We allow the deposit to be refunded if you decide to cancel your booking within 24 hours of booking. After that, the deposit becomes non-refundable.


Rescheduling:

Any request for a date, time, or location change must be made at least fourteen (14) days in advance of the original event date. Relying on availability for the alternate date, time, or location, If the change is agreed upon by both parties, a $60 Reschedule Fee will be due at the time of the new agreement.

Rescheduling fees may be waived if the circumstances fall under extreme circumstances, which will be determined under the discretion of Dulcet Occasions LLC.


Cancellations:

Any cancellations would have to be made as soon as possible. Deposit is non-refundable. If service is cancelled after payoff balance is fulfilled, We will agree to refund 30% of your total balance due to last minute cancellation.


Weather Changes:

Weather accommodations must be communicated between the parties and fulfilled by you before our arrival to avoid the result of all payments being forfeited and the event services being canceled.

If your event encounters unforeseen issues, you must provide proper indoor space and proper protection to accommodate the photo booth, or we have the right to cancel the event to avoid damaged equipment. If we have to cancel due to these reasons, all payments shall be forfeited.

If we judge the weather during the course of the event to be inclement and thus unsafe, we reserve the right to cease operations for the safety of the equipment, of the guests, and of the event’s attendees, in which case no refund will be given.

If neither of us are responsible due to any circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government-imposed restrictions, or acts of terrorism. You will be given the complimentary choice to reschedule; if not, the cancellation policy will apply (i.e. - non-refundable deposit and potential forfeit of payments and services).


Space:

The space that we require for our photo booth, backdrops, and equipment is 10ft (L) x 10ft (W) x 10ft (H).

Our photo booth may be placed in an outdoor location, as long as it is protected from weather. We will prov If you cannot provide sufficient protection for our booth, then you must resort to a secondary indoor accommodation to protect our photo booth equipment. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the event, with forfeit of payments.

Any delays in set up, due to you or your guests (i.e: area not cleared to set up booth), will not result in extra time added to the event and could potentially cut into the service time of the event.


Power:

Our Photo Booth requires 600W, one 3 prong outlet. Cable management works best if the outlet is close to the photo booth.

If you cannot provide the necessary power for the event date, we can supply a generator as a power source for an additional fee of $120. We do not allow client provided generators as a power source.


Wifi Access:

For our booth to properly work without lagging, you must provide a guaranteed internet connection. Without proper Wi-Fi, we cannot guarantee the immediate delivery of photos.

If you cannot provide the necessary WIFI access, we can provide optional Hotspots for an additional $20 fee to avoid the delay in photo delivery. Keep in mind that even with Hotspots, service is not always guaranteed (typically an issue for rural areas).


Respectfully, We reserve the right to deny service to anyone.
